Who can spot the odd thing about this Discovery?
Edit: UK plates but lhd.
Also but less obvious: Different grille and 2 door. Even less obvious: 4 litre petrol engine, a thing rarely met in the UK.
History: the owner and his wife, both of whom are British, kept it for their Italian holiday home having previously owned it in Saudi Arabia. They then separated and left it with an Italian friend who runs the guesthouse I stayed in. He took out the LPG conversion because he needed the luggage space which had been full of LPG tank.

...are standard.

Based on seeing a bunch of US-market Discos, two doors and no sunroofs.

That as well. They were sold with a 2 door option for a few years.

That’s not a standard European grill on that Disco, maybe a Saudi Grill.

Interesting you should say that. ..

It seems able to move under it’s own power.

The anagram in the license plate for R3pel

The grille looks strange and it’s a 2-door. It’s not rusty, either.

It’s lhd but that’s no big deal...

A tad unusual with UK plates though

Yes, wheel on the wrong side.

Eh in a climate like Italy rust isn’t as bad an issue.

Its four litre petrol engine? It’s more use as a boat anchor.

Well then, that makes sense. They probably bought it in Saudi and drove it back to Italy and registered it in the UK as that was their primary residence.

Eh, aluminium. Not heavy enough.
